Brillian takes data privacy seriously. Here's a clear answer to who can see your business information — and who cannot.
You control access
Your business data is yours. By default, only you and anyone you explicitly add to your Brillian account can see your information.
Your financial advisor
If you signed up through a financial advisor's referral link, your advisor is connected to your account — but they only gain access to your business information if you explicitly consent during onboarding. If you consent, your advisor can see your financial information and documents and download your reports. If you do not consent, your advisor cannot see any of your data.
If you would like to remove your advisor from your account, you can do so at any time.
Brillian employees
Brillian's internal team has access to client accounts for the purposes of completing, reviewing, and delivering valuations, providing support, and maintaining the platform. This access is governed by strict role-based access controls.
No one else
No other party has access to your individual business data within the Brillian platform. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing or other purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
