When you add a user to your account, you will assign one of the below roles.
Admin
Has broad control of this business, including managing settings, data, users, and role assignments. Only assign to highly trusted users. This is the only role with billing access.
Service Provider
Intended for third-party professionals supporting the business (for example: financial advisor, accountant, CPA, or consultant). Can access and work on permitted business data and workflows, but does not have full administrative control. Users with this role can invite other "service providers".
Viewer
Read-only access to permitted business information. Cannot create, modify, delete, or manage users, roles, or account settings.
